I had such an amazing experience working with Kassandra. She is professional, insightful, and understanding throughout the entire process. Kassandra helped me to find the root causes of myself sabotage and self-limiting beliefs that were hindering me from being my most confident self. Kassandra created a wonderful audio for me that I have listened to for the past 21 days that has helped me to release my negative mental blocks. I feel so lucky to have had an RTT session with Kasandra. From the first email and throughout the process, her gentle, understanding, insightful & empathic nature shone through, and it felt so easy to place my trust in her. Our session felt relaxing, yet intense at the same time. She asked very relevant questions and I felt she was an expert in honing in on my problem. I had many insights during the session and subsequently. Immediately afterward, I felt unusually light, peaceful, and content, and this feeling returns whenever I listen to the recording Kasandra made for me. Listening to the recording for the following 21 days was never a chore, I looked forward to listening to her lovely voice and wise words each evening before bed, and often during the day as well. Kasandra guided me through a powerful experience that has shifted my limiting beliefs. She took me right to the cause of the reason for my issue. She is so skilled and compassionate, and during our session I have gained a better understanding of myself and what was I doing wrong in the past, and it has given me the confidence I required to move forward. I am now able to set up and pursue my goals and dreams with confidence, without that critical voice in my head, which was stopping me to do so in the past.
