1What is Hypnosis and RTT Therapy?
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a hybrid therapy method developed by multi award winning British Therapist Marisa Peer which combines the best elements from Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychotherapy. It is a method that utilises the power of the subconscious mind to wire in permanent and transformational change in a short period of time. Hypnosis works on the basis that the subconscious mind is very open to receiving suggestions and by bypassing the conscious mind, by inducing an extremely relaxed state, people are able to affect change rapidly and permanently. Hypnosis feels so wonderful and enjoyable. When you're under hypnosis, you feel calm and relaxed, and more open to suggestions and hypnosis is not being a sleep it’s a sleep of the nervous system, you are fully aware of everything that is happening and you have full control. Breakthroughs are achieved by understanding and fixing the root cause, rather than just addressing the symptoms of the presenting issue. This is why RTT has such a permanent all-pervasive impact, as it erases and eradicates issues at the core for life-changing benefits.
2What is happening in the session?
RTT process contains of 4 easy steps: 1. Booking your call or filling the contact form and explaining the issue that you would like to work on. 2. This is 2-hour private session one-on-one and the session is highly productive and empowering and it is done in the comfort of your own home (virtually) usually over Zoom. I will lead you through the process in a beautiful relaxed state of hypnosis and together we will get to the root and the cause of what is holding you back. Then we will shift unwanted issue or behaviour to start allowing you to move forward and to live the life that you want and deserve. 3. Throughout the session I will be creating a powerful, relevant suggestions which will be recorded for you in your own personalised recording that you will need to listen daily for the next 21 days which will fully “rewire” your brain embedding in a new healthy helpful habit. Recording will be sent to you after the session. 4. After the end of the 21 days, we will have a 15 minute follow up call to measure progress and to give you all the support you need and to see and share what kind of remarkable changes you have experienced through the process.
3How is RTT different to other therapies?
RTT™️ enables you to communicate with your subconscious mind, but also directly access, reprogram and upgrade limiting beliefs that are causing a mental or physical issue. Using the regression technique, clients are able to reach breakthroughs via hypnosis that would not be possible if they were simply trying to reach their subconscious mind via altered language and self-talk. In doing so RTT™️ provides clients with understanding, the power that allows you to effectively, swiftly and permanently create the change you seek. 5How does it feel being hypnotized?
Being hypnotized feels like what happens when you become so absorbed in a movie that you forget you’re watching it at all, like you have entered an imagined world (Dr, David Spiegel) or when you are reading a book and you’re re so tuned in the story that you don’t hear if somebody is talking to you. In hypnosis you are more open and suggestible than usual. It’s a really effective and powerful tool. The experience could feel different for different people. Most people during hypnotherapy feel really calm and relaxed physically and mentally and they are in relaxed state. In this state, they are able to focus deeply on what they are thinking about. Some people feel a floating sensation, some do not. Others may feel sleepy, some do not.
6Do you remember being hypnotized?
Definitely, you remember everything that is happening, your awareness is even more increased. You are not sleeping, it’s more a sleep of the nervous system. It's important to know that although you're more open to suggestion during hypnosis you don't lose control over your behaviour.
7How will I feel after the session?
The feeling is different for everybody, it also depends how deep you go in hypnosis. For example, some people will experience joy and excitement, while others need more time to process the reason behind their issue and they want to discover even more about themselves through a few more sessions. I can reassure you that whatever fellings you are experiencing you will finish the session with me with a sense of understanding, enlightenment and freedom.
8Can you be hypnotized online?
Being hypnotized online or in person has absolutely the same effect. The only thing you need do is to make sure that you have a good wi-fi connection, place where you will not be interrupted, and to be in comfortable chair (half lying or siting) that has back and arms supported. The best part of being hypnotized online is that you can do it from the comfort of your home and you don’t have to travel anywhere.
9What if I think I already know the reasons behind my issue?
What makes RTT amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a completely new way. That’s what allows you to change the meaning and ultimately change your beliefs. And for many clients they go back to scenes that are totally different than what they have expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see.
10What if I go back to scenes that are maybe painful or scary?
If you go back to scenes from your life that are related to things like sexual or physical abuse, or other trauma, I will walk you through it and you will feel safe and supported all the time. You will have a safe space for you to express your emotions and to heal. It’s important to remember that you cannot relive that scene, you are simply reviewing it and that you are safe.
11When can you expect to see changes from hypnotherapy?
Instantly: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours right in the session. Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time. Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all the things that are different in your life. You may experience a combination of all three
12What if I need or want another session?
Rapid transformational Therapy is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life. Some clients may need more than one RTT session on a particular issue, depending on how deep it is. Most want to keep doing sessions to work on other areas of their life and receive more powerful changes, new beliefs and build new habits and behaviours. For these reasons I am offering a package of 2 or 3 session for those who want continued support on their change journey.
